Your one wild and precious life

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"  (Mary Oliver)

It's that time of year.

Courses finishing. Academic years drawing to a close. The school run about to pause. Holidays on the horizon, providing a precious window where the noise of everyday life quiets just enough for you to actually hear yourself think.

And in that quieter space, a question can often surface.

Is this it?

Not asked in despair — but asked with curiosity. Asked with the sense that there is something more waiting, just beyond the busyness you've been buried in since September.

As women, it’s so easy to spend years investing into the ‘wild and precious life’ of others - your family, your friends, your community, your colleagues.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that extraordinary giving, the question of your life — what you want it to look like, what you still want to experience, who you are still becoming — didn’t get the attention it needs.

A little bit of space allows that question to surface again.

What about me?

That question deserves more than a fleeting thought between now and September. It deserves space, attention and investment.

That is exactly what life coaching creates — a dedicated, warm, confidential space to sit with that question and begin to find your answers. Not someone else's answers, but yours.
